why oh why...

...can't cupcakes be a fiber-rich food, low in fat and high in protein?

Poor cupcakes. It's just not fair.

These are my exact thoughts on doughnuts. If doughnuts were healthy, my children and I would be amazing examples of health and vitality.

See the trick is... you eat a bunch of cupcakes and then you eat like five baby carrot sticks. And then you don't feel guilty and you DID get some fiber.

1. First off and most importantly I am SUPER proud that you pushed through and went to the gym!! I miss running so much and I am anxious to take a break from lifting and just run my big butt off!

2. I've got a great cupcake recipe that actually has protein powder and few other good for you things in them.

3. Are yall going to make it to the staff retreat? I'll be fat again by the time I get there but it would be great to see yall!!!

The recipe for those is very simple, very yummie (from what i've heard), and very indulgent. I cut a lot of calories in a lot of places though to try to make them a little healthier. I also used half white and half whole wheat flour. They were super fun to make! See you in two weeks!
